Terms and Conditions of the Competition

  1. No purchase is required to participate in the competition. Participation is open to all under the following terms.
  2. Participation in the competition constitutes implicit and full acceptance of all the terms and conditions stated herein, including any subsequent updates announced by the organizers.
  3. The campaign starts on 17/09/2025 and ends on 19/10/2025.
  4. This competition is subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent authorities within the Kingdom.
  5. Employees of Apsco (the competition organizer) and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate in the competition.
  6. Employees of the Chambers of Commerce and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate.
  7. Employees of the company operating the competition system (Smart Link for Information Technology Ltd. – eCopon) and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate.
  8. Employees of advertising and marketing agencies associated with the competition and their first-degree relatives are also not eligible to participate.
  9. The name used to participate must exactly match the name on the official identification document issued in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  10. After winners are selected, they will be contacted via phone call or SMS and directed to collect their prizes from the Porsche Samaco showroom or other designated prize distribution locations, depending on the type of prize. Prizes must be collected within sixty (60) days from the date of the official announcement.
  11. Prize details are as follows:
    o One (1) Porsche Macan car.
    o Eight (8) gold bars (2.5 grams each).
    o Twenty (20) free maintenance vouchers (each worth up to SAR 350 including VAT).
  12. The winner’s name will be provided to the Porsche showroom within seventy-two (72) working hours from the announcement date for prize coordination.
  13. The winner will be required to sign a prize receipt acknowledgment form, which will be submitted to the Chamber of Commerce.
  14. A signed copy of the winner’s official ID will be collected as proof of prize receipt.
  15. The competition and winner announcements will be published through official social media platforms.
  16. Winners’ photos will be shared on social media platforms with their prior written consent, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law in the Kingdom.
  17. Prizes are non-cashable and may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances.
  18. APSCO reserves the right to cancel a participant’s win or withhold the prize in the event of non-compliance with the terms, without incurring any liability or obligation.
  19. If it is proven through technical data that a participant has created multiple accounts to manipulate the competition, all associated accounts (including the main one) will be disqualified, and the participant will be denied all prizes.
  20. All participants (citizens and residents) must enter their full names in Arabic, exactly as shown on their official identification (National ID or Iqama).
  21. The winner’s official ID must be valid at the time of prize collection. Expired documents will not be accepted.
  22. If the winner’s name does not match the official ID, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected.
  23. If the winner’s name or phone number does not match the data registered in the eCopon system, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
  24. Smart Link for Information Technology Ltd. (eCopon) reserves the legal right to pursue fraud claims against any individual who submits false or misleading information that does not match official identification.
  25. Smart Link for Information Technology Ltd. (eCopon) is solely the technical operator of the competition system and bears no responsibility for the type, quantity, delivery, or exchange of prizes. These matters are fully handled by the competition organizer.
  26. The operating company (eCopon) assumes no legal or contractual liability in the event of any breach of prize delivery or receipt by either party (winner or organizer).
  27. The operating company is not responsible for the content or outcome of any competition published within its system or application and is not associated with the competition in any way. Please refer to the organizer’s official terms and conditions for details.
