Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase is required to participate in the Promotion. Participation is open to all eligible individuals subject to the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth herein. 2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the participant’s express and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments or updates announced by the Organizer. 3. The Promotion shall commence upon obtaining all required regulatory approvals and permits from the competent authorities and shall continue for a period of thirty-three (33) days from the initial launch date of 16/06/2026. The Promotion period may be postponed, extended, or amended subject to the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities. 4. This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). 5. APSCO employees, employees of Smart Information Technology Company (eCopon), employees of Chambers of Commerce, employees of advertising and promotional agencies associated with the Promotion, and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate. 6. The participant’s name must exactly match the name and identification number stated on a valid official identification document issued in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (National ID or Iqama). The participant must enter their full name in Arabic or English exactly as it appears on the official identification document. 7. The participant’s official identification document must be valid at the time of prize collection. Winners of Alfursan Miles prizes must also hold an active Alfursan membership in accordance with the program’s applicable terms and conditions. 8. Prize Details: * a. One (1) Haval vehicle, Model Year 2026. * b. Fifty (50) winners of Alfursan Miles, with each winner receiving 20,000 miles. * c. Twenty-six (26) free maintenance vouchers, each valued at SAR 350 excluding Value Added Tax (VAT). 9. The draw and announcement of winners shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures and requirements approved by the Chamber of Commerce, the competent authorities, and the Operating Company. 10. Eligible participants shall be awarded entries in accordance with the entry-allocation mechanism communicated by the Organizer, and each eligible entry shall be automatically included in the official electronic draw. 11. Winners will be contacted through the mobile number, email address, or WhatsApp number provided during registration within a maximum period of forty-five (45) days from the announcement of the results for verification and prize fulfillment purposes. 12. If a winner fails to respond or cannot be contacted within five (5) business days from the first contact attempt, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner in accordance with the approved procedures. 13. The winner of the vehicle prize shall bear all governmental fees and charges associated with vehicle ownership transfer, license plate issuance, insurance, and any other regulatory fees related to receiving the vehicle, unless otherwise announced by the Organizer. 14. Winners shall sign all required prize acceptance and ownership transfer documents and provide any requested supporting documents, including a copy of a valid identification document and driving license where applicable. The Organizer may retain copies of such documents and provide them to the competent authorities or Chamber of Commerce for verification and record-keeping purposes. 15. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, assigned, or substituted under any circumstances. 16. Winners’ names may be announced through the Organizer’s official channels. Names and photographs of winners may be published only after obtaining their prior written consent and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 17. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant or revoke any prize entitlement if the participant violates these Terms and Conditions, provides false or misleading information, or engages in fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Promotion system, without any obligation to provide compensation. 18. Any participant found to have created multiple accounts or used any method intended to unfairly increase their chances of winning shall be disqualified, and all associated entries shall be deemed invalid. 19. If a winner’s information (including name, identification number, mobile number, or email address) does not match the information registered in the eCopon system or participation form, the winner shall be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. 20. By participating, the participant expressly consents to the collection, storage, processing, and use of their personal data by the Organizer and/or the Operating Company for purposes related to the administration of the Promotion, eligibility verification, and communication with participants and winners, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
